  1. The classic party scene from possibly my favorite of the Hammer series (my tastes are very eclectic!). Caroline Munro and Stephanie Beacham are both incredibly luscious in this movie. Featuring the obscure Canadian rock band Stoneground for this scene, Caroline told me at a convention that Rod Stewart was originally signed to appear, but that fell through.

    Every time I look at this still, I keep thinking of Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In, when they do the party bit after their opening...

    ...or should I say "Drac-In"?

  3. You're pretty much right on teh money with that comparison. Everybody frugs a bit, then freezes, and Ruth Buzzi comes out in her hairnet, pleading for Christopher Lee to nibble her neck ... then back to the dancing!
