I am almost certain this is a reissue of the read-along TOMB OF DRACULA "adaptation" they did a few years earlier, minus the comic book and the "beeps" that indicated when to turn the pages. At least, that's what their Frankenstein record was.
You're probably right, then! I suppose they must've figured if they had different art on the sleeve, Marvel wouldn't notice? Maybe that's one of the things that put them out of that business...
