As misleading a title as they come -- well, maybe FRANKENSTEIN'S BLOODY TERROR has it beat -- but the welcome presence of Peter Cushing does a lot to overcome the movie's biggest shortfall (i.e., no Dracula!). I've met and reminisced with heroine Yvonne Monlaur at a convention, and her Gallic charm makes the "cheat" almost forgivable. Almost.
